We have had the pleasure of working with the Continuous Improvement Team at the University of Strathclyde since 2017. They have facilitated training to over 80 of our staff, this includes daily stand up, Lean for Leaders and Lean Awareness training. Working with the Continuous Improvement Team from the University of Strathclyde has transformed the way the College staff think about processes and change.
