Payment options

There are a variety of ways to make a rent payment.

Upon receiving an accommodation offer, during the acceptance process, applicants will select a preferred payment frequency. 

  • There are three rent payment frequencies: Monthly, Termly or Pay in Full
  • There are three payment options: recurring card payment (RCP), Flywire International and UK bank transfer, and online card payment. Further information on how to pay is available.

If you haven't used this before you should follow the guidance to Register as a new user, your username will be your student registration number and you can set the password.  

Accommodation Bursary

Students from England, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Wales may be entitled to the Accommodation Bursary.

The University offers the Strathclyde Accommodation Bursary of £1,000 to new entrant undergraduate students who are:

  • Staying in University accommodation
  • From England, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Wales
  • Paying tuition fees of £9,250 per year
