Teaching

I teach the third-year electromagnetism module and enjoy making short scientific documentaries aimed at a general audience (www.YouTube.com/@TheInvertedStegosaurus).

Research Interests

I have enjoyed pursuing a wide range of scientific interests in my career, from the fundamentals of electromagnetism to the morphology of the dinosaur Stegosaurus.

My collaborators and I are currently developing the theory of novel chiral light-matter interactions and working with experimentalists to see them used as the basis of powerful new methods for the preparation, analysis and exploitation of chiral samples.
