With political changes taking place across the globe, the financial landscape continues to pose questions for businesses, particularly around budgets, so we thought we would help our lovely clients and outline some ways that we can help!

New hybrid technology

Over the past few months, our super-duper AV technicians have been working away behind the scenes to upgrade the technology in our Auditoria to provide easy-to-use, state-of-the-art and budget friendly hybrid technology. If travel costs are proving tricky, this enhanced connectivity allows online participants to see and hear guest speakers and any panel sessions via a tripod mounted Huddly camera (it sounds painful but it’s just a wee camera!) and audio capture, allowing for a more engaging experience for online delegates and saving some pennies too. It can only be a win-win!

Most of our conference rooms also offer the same hybrid connectivity so if you have a remote speaker or delegate who can’t make it along face to face, then you’ll still be able to benefit from two-way interaction and hopefully a productive meeting, even at a distance!

Tasty catering options

We know that tummies can rumble during a conference but with flexible catering options available too, we can offer that much needed tasty sustenance during a meeting or event, with delegates being able to enjoy a selection of options from our plant-forward menu. We just ask for final delegate numbers 7 days before your event, meaning that you can stay on budget and reduce any food waste, helping to contribute towards those all-important green credentials of your meeting or event.

Flexible spaces

We also understand that every meeting has different requirements and timings so our half-day, full-day and evening rates provide you with options that suit your needs, meaning any additional venue hire budget can be saved for a rainy day. Our award-winning venue has a range of spaces available too, from large Auditoria to smaller conference rooms, so we can accommodate events and conferences of all shapes, sizes and budgets.
